10 Minute Recipe: Homemade Pizza

10 minute recipe- pizza1I had a pizza craving Sunday night, so I quickly threw this together. Healthy ingredients, perfect portion size, and so tasty!


WHAT I USED:

Alexis Greek Pita Whole Wheat Flat Bread – 1

Tomato sauce – as desired; I go pretty light

Fat-free mozzarella Kraft cheese – 2 servings

Turkey pepperoni – 1 serving

Red onion

Green pepper

Sliced olives


DIRECTIONS:

Throw it together. Bake at 375 for 5-10 minutes. Then broil on high for 1-2 minutes.

I love dipping mine in balsamic vinegar. Nom nom nom.


Makes 1 serving.
